Cobblebank Community Services Hub

The purpose-built, state-of-the-art Hub will provide over 8,000 square metres of community and commercial services space and dedicated carparking in a 6-storey, 5-Star Green Rating building.

The concept

Located in the heart of the accessible Cobblebank Metropolitan Activity Centre in the City of Melton, Cobblebank Community Services Hub will provide space currently lacking in the City of Melton to accommodate a range of community services and private/commercial providers to meet the needs of our growing community and the broader region.

The Hub will provide an accessible space to deliver a range of important services like mental health, disability, refugee and family support services, as well as culturally specific services for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culturally diverse communities.
