Cobblebank Community Services Hub

To get involved

Expressions of Interests are invited from community service organisations, along with private and commercial organisations, that may wish to be tenants.

Tenancies could include (but are not limited to) a broad range of health, community, education and human service accommodation needs from both not-for-profit and commercial providers, including service delivery, client consultation, shopfronts, social enterprise, café operators, office spaces, meeting and collaboration facilities, and education provision spaces.

Council remains open to Expressions of Interest for tenancies from community service organisations and private and commercial providers. Should you wish to discuss a future tenancy please contact Melton City Council.
