Expressions of Interests are invited from community service organisations, along with private and commercial organisations, that may wish to be tenants.
Tenancies could include (but are not limited to) a broad range of health, community, education and human service accommodation needs from both not-for-profit and commercial providers, including service delivery, client consultation, shopfronts, social enterprise, café operators, office spaces, meeting and collaboration facilities, and education provision spaces.
Council remains open to Expressions of Interest for tenancies from community service organisations and private and commercial providers. Should you wish to discuss a future tenancy please fill out and submit the form below.

You may apply to the Melton City Council for access and/or amendment of this information. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any external party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law. Your personal information may be provided to internal Council Officers for the purpose of progressing your interest. Should you fail to provide the information, we may be unable to proceed with your expression of interest.
